Can I pay yearly? Which payment methods?

We only offer monthly billing right now. We require a credit card for payment. (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). We can’t accept invoices, checks, ACH/wire, PayPal, or cryptocurrency as of now.

How does the free trial work?

We don’t require your credit card to sign up. Once you do, you’re set up on our free plan. The free plan allows you to collect unlimited feedback but is limited to 5 people and doesn’t allow you to organize people into teams.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yep. Encoro has no minimum contract. Cancel at any time without penalty or hassle.
